Mr B K Ng is not just a widely experienced consultant, passionate about making things work with better solutions for business owners and their organisations, but has himself been a serial entrepreneur as he co-founded digital, media and VR technology companies Silicon Illusions, Silver Link Media and SFX Corp (Sidefx Studios) respectively.  

The EDB invited BK to be on their global advertorial so as to help feature Singapore’s leading edge technological showcases.

After several years of angel-funding Silicon Illusions, but to substantially grow the enterprise, BK successfully raised funds and attracted investors such as Temasek Capital, Vertex Management, Creative Technology, Keppel’s K1 and Walden to fuel its expansion internationally.

Mr Ng was also appointed by the Minister(s) of Information, Communications & The Arts (MICA), during the period 2001 – 2008, to the Board of Singapore’s Film Commission, that has helped to nurture local film-makers such as Jack Neo, Roytston Tan and Anthony Chen. 

He has also contributed to the MDA and IDA (merged as iMDA) on the development of Singapore’s Media-21 master-planning blueprints and co-led Singapore’s trade missions to New Zealand and the Americas.
