The PDCA Cycle, simple but yet so established has been known to help many Japanese and other organizations globally.

SLMC has adapted and improved this concept into a more dynamic Strategic Review PDCA Life Cycle to help our Client organizations with their self-evaluation, goal-setting and planning processes.  In addition, each stage is supported by our uniquely designed workflow and templates.

Our LINKS Model helped organizations to more efficiently and successfully conduct their strategic review and planning exercises.

These are provided together with suitable frameworks and well structured sets of self-assessments, analytical tools and templates to help clients to more effectively derive and ideate strategic plans which can then take their enhanced business vision and goals forward.

These processes provoked wider solutions-generation thinking, by capturing inputs and synthesizing data in manners which helped to better frame the collective and re-inventive ideation more purposefully.

While the canvasing SANDBOX isn’t a brand new concept, its adaptation as a business review, self-assessment tool and work clustering framework by SLMC has certainly been useful for many Clients.
