Silver Link Management & Consultancy was established in 2006 and has since undertaken many projects and assignments for our clients, helping them shape their business strategies, systems and process re-engineering as well as broad capability development for their organizational teams and people.

Our Head Coach and Senior Consultant, Mr Boon Khee Ng, a multiple-industry practitioner for over three decades, acquired best practices and contributed to many large global corporations, regional enterprises and SMEs as well as helped in developing many of their business and trading partners.

BK, who holds a Master in Business, is a certified Senior PMC* and a qualified CIPM*, an Enterprise Singapore recognized consultant (CQI*) and a Personal Data Protection Management (for PDPA compliance) advisor respectively. In addition, he is also a certified Scrum Master and Scaled Agile SAFe 5 Agilist.

Consulting Partner

Ms Florence Neo, our Consulting Partner, a certified RMC* and CIPM* with a Bachelor of Business Administration, is also a multiple-industry practitioner whom had been a steady contributor to many firms  in the areas of accounting, finance, admin, processes, systems improvement and Personal Data Protection Compliance program for SMEs .

She has advised businesses in management systems & processes, accountancy, HR and administrative functions under Spring’s Business Advisor Program (BAP).  She has also helped companies with their organizational evaluation for business excellence as well as led ERP/business solutions training and implementations.

Paul Teo, our Senior Consultant, holds a MBA, has vast experience in manufacturing, supply chain and operations. He held senior roles at SKF, DJ Auto, TRW and established their Asian and Middle East operations. Paul has also helped dozens of SMEs with organizational developments and advised or mentored the owners in many project areas. He has also completed many projects for our clients under the Business Advisory Program of Enterprise Singapore.

The SLMC “7S+3S” enhancements have proven more effective for our client organizations as they better address the communicating, aligning, ownership and how-to effective lead type of shortfalls which many of our Client organizations are confronted with.  These are gels in addition to the structuring and implementing design requisites.

The PDCA Cycle, simple but yet so established has been known to help many Japanese and other organizations globally.

SLMC has adapted and improved this concept into a more dynamic Strategic Review PDCA Life Cycle to help our Client organizations with their self-evaluation, goal-setting and planning processes.  In addition, each stage is supported by our uniquely designed workflow and templates.

We have helped organizations to more efficiently and successfully, with our SLMC Hourglass LINKS model, conducted their strategic review and planning exercises.

This LINKS Model provided them with a well structured framework of self-assessments, analysis and to more effectively arrive at clear Objectives which can take their enhanced business vision and goals forward.

This process provoked wider solutions-generation thinking and captures all inputs in manners which helped frame the thoughts enhancing processes.
