CLIENT'S OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE
In an operational excellence project, we were invited to the client's oversea manufacturing and warehouse facilities. Leveraging on our pragmatic audit approaches, deepened multi-industry experience and wide best practice knowledge, the assessments and analytics, encompassing over 20 recommendations, were completed in just a couple of days and a concise report was well received by its CEO and factory management for improvement action-taking. We extended our execution mentoring approach and guided them through the implementation stages with highly substantiating results and very positive outcomes enjoyed by the client.

AGILE FOR VR/AR TECHNOLOGY START-UP ENTERPRISE
Guided the management to apply Agile design-thinking and Lean Start-up principles so as to achieve faster ideation, coding/development, measuring and learning throughout the organisation. Applying Agile tools such as XP and Kanban to enable the R&D teams to bridge communication and expectation gaps with end-users/customers in the development of VR tools and middleware. Utilization of DevOps for the software development of their Cloud-based Virtual Collaboration Systems and to forge closer communication between IT operations and the development teams.

PDPA COMPLIANCE PROGRAM
With greater awareness of personal data protection issues by people, with the personal data protection acts being enforced, organizations are now expected to adhere to the PDPA requirements and be in compliance. We helped our clients to assess their risks/vulnerability, develop internal/external policies and engagement procedures plus provide the system and custom-training for them and their people.

PDPA OBLIGATION TRAINING
Seemingly straight-forward, the 9 obligations under the Personal Data Protection Act consists of various compliance areas within each scope. The need to understand each of the intent, what these may encompass, how do we act in conformance, who they relate to and which regulations (eg. GDPR), when or where they apply need better understanding. Training are often customized depending on the organization's connecting points and sectors they play in personal data engagements.

ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT & PROGRAMS
A client faced difficulties in building up their mid-level management support and cross-functional effectiveness to fully realize its vision and missions. We conducted studies and found major lapses in organizational alignment, lacking in how-to knowledge(s) and weak functional working rapport. Our recommendations were adopted: management mentoring exercises were instituted; intensive Kaizen teams/ programs were implemented (as the induction stage to Lean Management); and, tailored OJT training were conducted for the key functions. Collectively, these helped the client to transform itself more effectively with cohesive teams and better processes in place.

Gearing up for M&A
When a mid-sized company in Singapore planned to achieve inorganic growth, we were appointed to advise and up-skill the executive and management teams on Mergers and Acquisition (M&A) know-how and processes. Working frameworks and execution processes were quickly developed, after evaluations were made, and customized to meet with their fast growth needs. Government's CDG (Capabilities Development) grants were also obtained under the financial management category for this mega year-long project phases. With effective reviews/refining of business processes, training programs and systematic imparting of skills, the projects were completed successfully and also fulfilled fully with the CDG grant requirements.
